Scope and Content

Sub-series contains Arthur Erickson's personal files, including appointment calendars (1959-1962) and diaries (1982-1983), as well as official documents such as his birth certificate and other personal legal and financial documents including records relating to his estate, Vancouver, British Columbia.

Sub-series also contains sound recordings including the audio travel diaries of Arthur Erickson and Francisco Kripacz. Includes personal commentary recorded while visiting Saint Peterburg and Moscow, Russia, Erevan, Armenia, the Forbidden City Palace in Beijing, Shanghai, Hong Kong and Nanjing China, Mongolia and elsewhere. Also includes an unprocessed 70mm film.

Sub-series contains textual records and photographs.
