The developer led competition for proposals called for the redevelopment of a site approximately 250,000m2, situated on the edge of central Milan. The brief required a mix of residential, office, retail, cultural and public space. Real estate developer AIG Lincoln Italia Srl managed a design team that included the Foreign Office Architects, David Chipperfield, Dominique Perrault, S.O.M. London, Michele De Lucchi, SANAA, MVRDV, Aukett + Garretti, Land, and Buro Happold LLC. Material in this file was produced between 1998 and 2007.

File includes project information and preliminary computer-generated design renderings by the Foreign Office Architects, but consists primarily of sets of project documentation by David Chipperfield Architects.
