The Foreign Office Architect’s scheme was approved in 2009, but the client, Hammerson plc, later decided to delay the construction of the project. In June of 2014 a new scheme by ACME was submitted and subsequently approved. Material in this file was produced between 2001 and 2010.
File includes plans, drawings, presentation material, development reports by the Southampton City Council, and information about two landscape architects, Karres en Brands Landschapsarchitecten and Vogt Landscape Architects. File also contains digital material that is currently being processed and is temporarily unavailable for consultation.
