Canadian Centre for Architecture has perpetual license ot present publicly and to include in an exhibition. For any other use permission must be obtained from the producer.

Summary:

Quelques jours avant l'ouverture officielle des Jeux Olympiques de Montréal en 1976, l'exposition culturelle organisée par le comité organisateur des jeux a été démantelée par des employés de la ville de Montréal. Les oeuvres furent jetées à la fourrière municipale. Cette action clandestine, ordonnée par le maire Jean Drapeau, a eu lieu sans préavis et sans explication valable. Treize des artistes concernés ont intenté des poursuites contre la Ville. L'imbroglio judiciaire s'est éternisé devant les tribunaux pendant 12 ans.
