Gilles Saucier

Gilles Saucier is an architect and design partner at Saucier+Perotte Architects since its founding in 1988.


Florence Paulhiac

Florence Paulhiac holds the International Chair on the Uses and Practices of the Smart City at the School of Management Sciences of UQAM. For more than 17 years, her work has focused on the impact of governance and policy instruments on the coherence of city planning and transportation plans.
