You're Not My Type (clone)

Giovanna Borasi Speaks at ETH Zurich
Event, in English, ETH Zurich, 12 October, 9:00 to 10:00 (EDT)

CCA Director Giovanna Borasi will speak at ETH Zurich in the lecture series “You’re Not My Type”, which asks “What kinds of architectures are made possible when we decide to disobey?” Building on the research behind the CCA publication and exhibition A Section of Now, Giovanna’s lecture will explore recent residential architectures that imaginatively respond to emerging familial and economic realities and thereby offer radical alternatives to conventional spatial formats of dwelling.

The series is organized by the Department of the Ongoing, a shadow department of the Chair of Affective Architecture that operates as a platform for developing spatial intelligence from perspectives that are frequently overlooked by architectures that observe dominant societal and disciplinary traditions.
