During Journées de la Culture, join us for a series of activities and tours that will investigate our built environment, the various ways we engage with it, and the role of the architects and constructions workers who build it.

There is no need to reserve a spot to participate in these free activities. Simply stop by our reception desk on your way in.

What Makes a Landscape

This activity, related to our exhibition Reading Landscapes, offers an enriching perspective on how landscapes are formed, modified, and inhabited by different ecosystems and human activities.

In Low Tide

As part of our exhibition Into the Island, this workshop is an invitation to explore how materials such as shells and clay can be used in buildings inspired by their context.

28-29 September, 1pm
Bilingual activity, for families with kids ages 6 to 12 years old
90 min duration

Tours of Into The Island and madskills

Into the Island follows the field research conducted by Xu Tiantian and her architectural practice DnA in the delicate coastal, marine, and human ecosystems of Meizhou Island, China. madskills investigates the building industry and the way it is documented on social media by workers on construction sites.
