Le dossier contient des dessins, des documents textuels et des reprographies. Objectifs du concours: "Le concours a pour objet la conception d'une unité d'habitation unifamiliale neuve détachée ou d'un groupe d'unités d'habitation unifamiliales, jumelées, en rangée ou contigües, chauffée(s) à l'électricité et respectant les exigences techniques du concept Nouveau confort." Extrait des Exigences du concours de conception architecturale. Description du projet par l'architecte: "Ainsi avons-nous choisi d'explorer l'idée de la plus petite maison possible tout en s'assurant d'y conserver la notion de maison familiale. Nous avons cherché à la rendre financièrement accessible aux petits budgets et avons tenté de coller à une typologie qui traduit clairement des valeurs d'usage familières."
