Il est membre fondateur du groupe Archizoom Associati avec lequel il propose, en 1967, un projet de ville sans fin, No-Stop City, où le mobilier urbain est le seul élément architecturant. Ses " Radical Notes ", publiées dans la revue Casabella participent au débat théorique de cette époque.
