We invite children from ages 7 to 12 to take part in a free half-day of activities at the CCA connected to our Main Galleries exhibition How Modern: Biographies of Architecture in China 1949–1979. In addition to visiting the exhibition, participants will enjoy a discovery tour and a hands-on workshop. During the workshop, children will be encouraged to explore how architectural icons are created, transformed, and disseminated through visual patterns that shape our built environment. Construction games will also be part of the program. Join this opportunity to have fun while learning about architecture.
9am–12pm: Activity in French
1pm–4pm: Activity in English
Please note that children must bring a change of shoes, water bottle, and snack.
