Physical characteristics and technical requirements:

Composition is encased within a red leather bound case which has an embossed floral motif on the outside front. Image plate is housed under a simple, gold coloured mat, glass, preserver and pinch pad. An orange (most likely red originally) velvet pad lines the interior, non-image half of the case.
