Physical characteristics and technical requirements:

- Contemporary binding consists of a printed paper cover and spine. Pages are of brownish white paper. Secondary supports are of light brownish grey paper. The book consists of a title page, forward, table of contents, maps, bronze foil plaque and pages of text about Zeppelins onto which numbered photographs (cigarette cards) are mounted. The book comprises 156 photographs, numbered "1"-"156", each framed by a dark brown border.
