- Composed of 2 photographs. - This diptych used to be mounted inside a case covered with blue fabric and imprinted with the title "Walter Niedermayr Die bleichen Berge" on the cover. Both the left and the right photographs are trimmed flush, with no borders.

Inscription:

imprinted - on the case cover, in white letters, c.: "Walter Niedermayr Die bleichen Berge" inscribed and signed - by the photographer, in black ink, on a white paper label affixed to the verso of the left photograph, l.l.: "A PHYLLIS LAMBERT / Walter Niedermayr / < PIAN DEI FIACCONI V, 1996 > / 2/10", followed with the drawing of two squares, with the number "1" in the square at left; on a white paper label affixed to the verso of the right photograph, l.l.: "< PIAN DEI FIACCONI V, 1996 > / 2/10", followed with the drawing of two squares, with the number "2" in the square at right
