"The edition of this work consists of 390 copies for sale numbered 1-390. In addition, 13 special copies have been printed, numbered I-XIII, and an edition of 100 copies with German text, numbered 391-490. The text is composed in the roman type made by Francesco Griffo for Aldus Manutius originally used in the Hypnerotomachia Poliphili and now reproduced by the Lanston Monotype Corporation, London [i.e. Morison's Poliphilus type], and is printed at the University Press, Cambridge, England. The collotypes are by Albert Frisch of Berlin. ... The binding of the ordinary edition is by Messrs Straker and Smith, London"--Page [iv].
