L'hôtel est constitué d'une seule chambre, équipée d'une salle de bain, d'un lit double et d'un lounge. Cette chambre, aux dimensions généreuses, incarne le fantasme même de l'hôtel, de la conception architecturale allant jusqu'à la mise en scène des moindres détails, en passant par les serviettes de bain brodées au fil doré incitant à la cleptomanie. Tous les hôtes d'Everland deviennent partie intégrante de l'œuvre d'art. Hôtel Everland a été créé pour l'exposition "Everland" du commissaire Gianni Jetzer dans le cadre de l'Exposition nationale Suisse en 2002. L/B ont conçu et construit l'Hôtel avec une équipe d’artisans à Burgdorf. Il fut ensuite transporté à Yverdon où il trôna, pendant 4 mois, sur des pilotis sur le lac de Neuchâtel. Après la clôture de l'Expo.02 le pavillon mobile a été installé sur le toit de la résidence et de l'atelier des artistes.
