Project series documents Cornelia Hahn Oberlander's landscape project for Dr. Norman Keevil residence on Drummond Drive, in Vancouver. Oberlander worked on this project between 1976 and 1980. The project consisted predominantly in the restoration of the garden, dating from the 1910s, to block the view and add more intimacy, and for the addition of a swimming pool. Oberlander working with Arthur Erickson on this project. The project series contains sketches, presentation drawings, including a grading plan, and design development drawings, such as site plans with grading, sections and details of landscape. The project is also documented through concept notes and scope of work report, financial documents, some photographs and documentation related to the project.

Oberlander worked on this project from 1984-1989 with architect Arthur Erickson. While Erickson was in charge of additions and restorations to classical revival house built in 1914, Oberlander was responsable of the restoration of the historic garden. The project also included the addition of a tennis court, and planters along the house. The project series also documents addition made to the residence in 2003 by Nick Milkovich Architect and Arthur Erickson as design consultant. Oberlander also worked on new planing for this project. The additions included a new roof deck for the music room and a new covered patio behing the music room. Oberlander landscape work consisted in addition new planting in the area surronding the music room. The project series contains photographs of the garden, specifications, correspondence with clients and consultants, some notes by Oberlander, press articles on the project and proposal for the building restoration by Arthur Erickson architects. The project series also comprises sketches, design development drawings, such as planting plans, and working drawings, including planting plans, irrigation plans and landscape plans. The project series also includes photographs of the other residence of the Keevils on Drummond Street, Vancouver, for which Oberlander also did the landscaping. The documents include office communications and reports, publicity about SOM, extensive client and project files (which include blueprints of Burnham & Root and Holabird & Roche office buildings), and Goldsmith's documentation files on projects, architects, and a wide range of other topics, some of which have a lot of information (bridges, stadium architecture). The drawings of various SOM projects and other work by Goldsmith include some original sketches and design development drawings, as well as five models of bridge proposals. This project series documents the restoration of the Leonel building in Lisbon, Portugal. While the records were held in the office’s archives this project was assigned the number 58/80 N19. The office assigned the date 1988-1998 for this project. The construction work includes restorations of windows, doors, façades, painting, stonework, as well as work on the structure and mechanical systems. The Leonel building was part of Bloco A and identified as building 19 in Siza reconstruction plan. Located between the lower and upper part of town, Siza used the building to create a path and an public elevator to link the two parts of Lisbon. Documenting this project subseries are sketches, studies, floor plans, elevations, mechanical drawings, technical drawings, and working drawings. Textual material includes correspondence, minutes of meeting and project documentation.
