Description:
Series documents Lars Spuybroek's project of H2Oexpo in Neeltje Jans Island, Netherlands, a water pavilion for the Ministry of Water Management and Delta Expo. The project is also know as the Waterpavilion or the Waterpaviljoen in Dutch, and was completed in 1997. Material in this series was produced between 1994 and 1997. The series contains slides of drawings or of the interior and the exterior of the Waterpavilion during construction or once completed. There are also drawings, including sketches and conceptual drawings, design development drawings, working, and presentation drawings. Textual records are predominantly working files. This project may also include digital design material, which has yet to be processed and which will available for consultation in 2017.

Oberlander worked on this project from 2014-2017 with Enns Gauthier Landscape Architects. It was completed in 2017. The project consists in designing upper decks for the four-storey building that includes a commercial and residential space for textile artist and fashion designer Zonda Ellis. The project series contains working drawings landscape master plan and planting plans, and also reference construction plans. The project is also documented through proposals and presentations by landscape architects, documentation and correspondence with landscape architects.

The residential tower is also know as the Pink Palace because of its predominant colour. The project consists in designing a roof-top garden with a view on the Burrard Inlet. The project series contains green roof plans, schematic design, development and construction permit drawings, scope of work, correspondence with landscape architects, client and suppliers, and documentation from suppliers.
