This project series concerns work on the Museum grounds starting from 2005 to the early 2010s. It includes restorations work and consultations for maintenance of the grounds, various additions, including the addition of a plaza and a turnaround (also identified as a bus loop in the fonds documents) or modifications for events held on site. It also includes the installation of the Yosef Wosk Reflecting Pool, a permanent reflecting pond in 2009-2010. The pond was initially included in Oberlander original landscape design of 1975. It has since been temporarly filled in three occasions. The permanent pond was officially opened in 2010. The project series contains predominantly working drawings, such as site plans, landscape plans, planting plans, irrigation plans, and grading plans, and a few design development drawings, such as sketches, studies and details, including for the bus loop and the new plaza. The drawings for this project aslo includes sets of plans of the building used as reference. The project is also documented through textual records, including correspondence with clients, consultants and contractors, meetings notes and minutes, specifications, schematic design report and documentation. The project series also contains photographs, including digital photographs of the interior and exterior of the Museum and of the lanscaping. Source: Herrington, Susan. Description:
This project series documents the Joseph Stauffer Library at Queen's University in Kingston, Ontario from 1990-1994. The office identified the project number as 9011. This project was the winning entry of a national design competition and was completed with Thomas Payne at its head and with the firm Moffat Kinoshita Associates acting as consulting architects. Located at the corner of Alfred and University Streets, the project consisted of a new 200,000 square foot library for the campus. Influenced by the surrounding gothic collegiate buildings, the library's exteriors focused on vertical, upward movement and had rich textures created by limestone, copper flashing and wood window frames and entrance screens. The library's main entrance at the Union Street and University Street corner was a rotunda that featured a fireplace-lined reading room on the second floor. Other reading rooms and a café lined the building's exterior, while the main library stacks were housed in the core of the building. Wood panelling was disbursed amongst the walls to add warmth to the buildings interior. This project also included plans to expand the library in the following decades. This project received a Governor General's Award in Architecture in 1997. This project is recorded through drawings, photographs, presentation paintings and textual records dating from 1990-1994. The drawings are mostly originals and include sketches, presentation drawings, plans, elevations, sections, perspectives, details and axonometric drawings. The photographs show the finished building, while the textual records consist of publicity on the building and the program description.

Architectural projects
AP154.S1
Description:
Series AP154.S1, Architectural projects, is chiefly composed of drawings related to architectural projects from the period 1966-2007. Most projects are located in the Northeastern United States, a notable exception being a study for resort development in Negril, Jamaica. The series includes published projects, such as the master plan for a new campus at Wykeham Rise School in Washington, Connecticut, housing projects at Twin Parks in the Bronx, N.Y. and at Little Italy in Manhattan, new and renovated buildings for the State University College at Potsdam, New York, and the George & Annette Murphy Center at Asphalt Green, New York. Small, lesser-known projects are also present, including two renovation projects in Brooklyn and a design for a Manhattan apartment. In general, the projects in this series are documented at a specific phase in their development, often at the stage of working drawings, although some project series are composed of design or presentation drawings. A substantial number of documents in this series are related to the Seagram Building at 375 Park Avenue, New York, N.Y., a landmark skyscraper designed by Ludwig Mies van der Rohe and Philip Johnson and completed in 1958. Beginning in 1971, Giovanni Pasanella and his partners were responsible for the interior design and space planning of national and regional administrative and sales offices of Joseph E. Seagram & Sons. The series documents three decades of activities related to the maintenance and renovation of the Seagram Building as well as some renovations for Seagram offices at 800 Third Avenue.
