Description:
The project series documents Pettena's design for various lamps designed from the end of the 1960s and the early 1970s. Like the "Rumble" sofa and the "Babele" table, the lamps were designed in the context of designing furnishings for Pettena's studio-home in Florence. The lamps remained never went further than the prototype stage and were never brought to production. The project series contains drawings, plans and details of various lamps designed by Pettena and photographs.

The installation consists of sheets of corrugated cardboard and metal stays assembled to create three-dimensional letters that form the word "Poiesis". The project refers to Pettena's 1970s trilogy (Carabinieri, Milite Ignoto, and Grazia & Giustizia) of words constructed deliberately out of perishable material. The project series contains photographs of the installation, a video and a plan of the cardboard letters.

The new buildings were to be located near the factory, for which Oud designed a main building with a concrete frame and smaller outlying buildings.
