This project series documents Cornelia Hahn Oberlander's project for the garden of Mr. & Mrs. W. A. Rahill's private residence in Feasterville, Pennsylvania. The residence is located in Bryn Gweled Homesteads, a small cooperative community in Upper Southampton Township. Oberlander worked on this project from 1952-1953. The garden design consists of a meadow area and a play area on the front lawn of the house. The play area, surrounded by trees and strubs, includes a badminton field and a vegetable patch. This project series only contains a presentation drawing for the landscape design with a plant list.

Project series documents Cornelia Hahn Oberlander's project for proposed improvements to the garden of the Rotman Residence on Forest Hill Road in Toronto, Ontario. Orberlander worked on this project in 1994. The Georgian style residence was originally design by architect John Lyle in 1924. As the residence was sited perpendicularly to the street, Oberlander's landscape concept was to create a series of garden from the street to the back of the property, which included terraces for entertaining at the front of the property, a rose garden and lawn for strolling. She also created a birch trees walk with ascending grass stairs. Oberlander was later commissioned in 1996-1997 to combine the existing garden with an extensionof the property after the acquisition of a lot next door by the owners of the residence. She extended the birch walk and created a oval-shaped lawn accessed through a wrought iron gate. The project series also contains material related to later restorations to the garden, including an alteration to the garden in 2013 to improve the view from the living room. The project series contains design development drawings, including landscape plans, planting plans, and grading plans, and also a landscape presentation drawing.The project is also documents through photographs of the landscaping, research material, correspondence with clients and contractors, concept notes by Oberlander, specifications, and meetings notes.

The project series documents the entry for a competition organised by the École Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne. The firm identified this project as number 187. “The Learning Center occupies the closest point to the two existing pedestrian accesses and distributes its programme in two large pieces: the green platform which puts in relation the different levels of mobility and houses the active program and the helix which defines the library as a huge ascending space which winds around itself at the interior as well as exterior culminating in an observatory which contains a restaurant. An isolated pavilion emerges over the green platform as a scenic counterpoint. […] Three materials: water, lawn and show form the base of the choice of materials and chromatic proposal supported by a regular structure of white concrete.” (ARCH270975) Abalos & Herreros and Renata Sentkiewicz worked with Olivia de Oliveira, Blaise Sahy, Verónica Meléndez, Juanju González Castellón, Rubén Briongos and Teresa Galí. The project series documents the design for an artificial hill and serves as the finish-line for the “Elfstedentocht”, Leeuwarden, Netherlands, at the International Architecture Biennale Rotterdam 2005. The firm identified this project as number 201. "The finish of the great race of the Elfstedentocht should be accompanied by a three-dimensial event which signals the site in the memory of the citizen. If from there, furthermore, the last part of the race is dominated we will be able to imagine that this three-dimensional event is a hybrid between a tribune and a landscaping milestone. […] If towards the South and East it disposes of a slope consisting of artificial lawn with solarium and tribunes above the canal and a scating [sic] park, then towards the North it could house the sport installations with tribunes and a climbing zone with the result that this minimum architectural organization could give life to the site during all year basing on the small sports center, solarium and skating track. A shelter structure crowns the artificial hill composing a lookout spot from where one dominates the whole city and the surrounding landscape." Project series documents Cornelia Hahn Oberlander's landscape design proposal for the Calgary Law Courts, located on the city block between 6th and the 7th Avenue, in Calgary, Alberta. This project was part of a design competition in 2004. Oberlander concept for the landscape consisted in depicting Albert's natural landscape of the Rockies, the foothills, and the prairie. The Rockies were to be recreated with excavation material from the site and would include a water feature spilling in a elongated water basins in the foothills, transforming into the prairie represented by tall grasses. Large lawn and bosque of Aspen trees would represente the City and provides shade and seating areas. The planting plan included the use of low maintenance and indigenous plants. The project also included a green roof on top of the Council Chamber and was planned to allow the reuse of storm water. The project was not realized. The project series contains perspective drawings and site plans showing planters concept, and a complete set of building plans used as reference. The project is also documented throught correspondence, including correspondence with architects, consultants and clients, competition information, competition proposal, including landscape concept proposal by Oberlander, financial documents and photographs of the site.
