In spring 2009, a symposium initiated by Zipp/German-Czech Cultural Projects, in cooperation with The Brno House of Arts, the Regional Gallery of Fine Arts in Zlín and the National Gallery in Prague, and attended by scholars and local experts, addressed the example of Zlín as a potential model for the future of urban planning and architecture.
