Pour héberger et occuper tout ce monde, en marge de la ville, Varian Fry loue une vieille bastide – la Villa Air-Bel – et c’est toute la brève aventure que relate cet ouvrage à deux voix. Hélas détruite en 1982, les auteurs s’emploient tant par le récit que par le dessin à une restitution y compris en nous en livrant les coulisses de cette recherche menée avec des étudiants en architecture.
