Price felt that the "[i]ncrease in the amount of leisure time combined with increased personal mobility ma[d]e it essential that available P.O.S. be considered in relation to each other and together with all other urban facilities available." Regional plans include a partially enlarged plan of an unidentified area (DR1995:0206:001, DR1995:0206:003, and DR1995:0206:004). Two marked-up drawings which indicate circulation systems. This project series documents the restoration and redevelopmet of King James Place in Toronto, Ontario. The office assigned the number 8722 to this project. King James Place is located on King St. East between Jarvis St. and Church St. and was completed in 1839. Construction on the project began in 1990. Drawings in the project series show the changes made to the floor plans and interiors while preserving the historic facade. The project received a Governor General's Award for Architecture in 1992, the Toronto Urban Design Award in 1993, and the Heritage Toronto Award in 1994. The project is recorded through sketches, original plans, elevations, sections, several perspectives, as well as presentation drawings. Also included are two photographs of the finished exterior and a model.

The office assigned the date 1985 to this project. In 1983, the IACP (Istituto Autonomo Case Popolari) initiated an architectural competition to modernize the existing housing and rehabilitate the urban space of Giudecca. The criteria were undefined in order to give the architect flexibility but insisted on respecting Venetian heritage. Álvaro Siza won the competition and selected Aldo Rossi (building completed in 2004), Carlo Aymonino (building completed in 2004), Rafael Moneo (not built) to collaborate on individual buildings. Siza's building was completed in 2016.

The office assigned the dates 1991-1992 to this project. The Cinema Condes was built between 1949 and 1951. At the beginning of the 1990s, the owners of the building wanted to add offices and stores while maintaining the cinema. The renovations to the cinema were part of an urban rehabilitation project for the Avenida da Liberdade. Siza did a preliminary study for these renovations. The project was not realized. Documenting this project are sketches, studies, and working drawings. Textual materials include project documentation. Photographic materials document the existing building, models and project site.
