Description du projet par l'architecte: "Essentiellement, l'exercice déplace et reproportionne l'immeuble New Sherbrooke au croisement des rues Sherbrooke et Crescent, lui assurant une pérennité à sa mesure, le valorisant en tant qu'usage plus qu'en tant qu'image, vu l'entité spatiale qui lui serait assurée dans ce cas, à la fois sur le plan intérieur et sur le plan de la position urbaine préviligiée qu'il acquiert sur cette intersection." Le dossier documente la soumission pour le concours pour un projet d'ornementation contemporaine en maçonnerie à la Place des Arts de Montréal où Jacques Rousseau, ex-aequo, s'est mérité le premier prix. Le budget aloué pour ce projet était de 3 000$. Il s'agit d'un mur de maçonnerie armée réalisé dans le cadre de l'Archifête à la Place-des-arts en 1984. Le mur a été déménagé sur la rue St-Hubert, la rue de Bullion, au Bar Business sur la rue Saint-Laurent et sur le terrain à l'avant de la Maison Coloniale. Le dossier contient des dessins, des photographies, des panneaux, des documents textuels et des documents photographiques. Description du projet par l'architecte: "Chante pleure, tant en temps la larme est donnée À qui s'est tu!"
