The theatre consisted of two square shaped volumes, turned on their axis to overlap at their corners, with the stage located at the overlap. The building's exterior, faced in stone, was highlighted by three levels of verandas and showed the exposed roof frame. A free-standing cylindrical volume next to the main building served as the emergency exit, with spiral stairs wrapping its exterior. This project also included the design of furniture for the theatre, most notably the audience seats. Two additional buildings were proposed, an office block and an Institute of Music and Fine Arts, but they do not appear to have been built. The theatre was renamed the Abhinav Theatre soon after its completion. This project is recorded through drawings and correspondence dating from 1969-1973. The drawings are mostly originals and include plans, elevations, sections, details and furniture drawings.

The apartment blocks had oblong-shaped spiraling staircases at exterior openings along the buildings' elevations. Located in Sector 44B, the apartments observed both the norms of the bank's staff quarters guidelines and the architectural control established in Chandigarh. This project was proposed in two phases, the second of which integrated public spaces, amenities and maintenance quarters into the campus. The project is recorded through drawings, textual records and a photograph dating from 1983-2003. About half the drawings are originals and included are plans, elevations, sections, details and structural and electrical drawings. Many of these are working drawings, but some presentation drawings are included. The textual records consist of specifications, reports, correspondence and the project contract. This project series documents the Instalação na Exposição "Entrez Lentement" per il Salone del Mobile in Milan. While the records were held in the office’s archives this installation was assigned the label "outro" in place of the usual project number, to designate that it was work done for an exhibition. The office assigned the date 2005 for this installation. This project consisted of an exhibition installation at the 2005 edition of the famed Salone del Mobile Milano (Milan Furniture Fair). The Salone del Mobile exhibition, entitled "Entrez Lentement," invited eight architects to build installations related to famous architectural projects.
