These plants are key elements in the passage between sewage and the river. They were executed for the water management company Canal de Isabel II Gestión, responsible for the water cycle for the Community of Madrid. The firm identified this project as number 40. Project material consists of study sketches in coloured pencil and graphite, many with annotations, and a page of typed notes, also with smaller sketches. Poli's sketches and notes seem to focus on designs for the entrance to the fort -- "ingresso alla Fortezza" -- and the movement of spectators into the fort. The typed notes and some sketches suggest the idea of a pinball machine with flippers and multi coloured lights lighting up a path.

The store was formerly occupied by Irene Hill Just Petites Ltd. This project, headed by Bruce Kuwabara and Shirley Blumberg, consisted of 3,000 square feet of retail and service space for the sale of cosmetics, fragrances, environmental products, gifts and spa treatment services. Materials used throughout the store included maple flooring, Piasentina granite floor slabs, and display units of European beech and figured maple veneers. The project is recorded mostly through drawings, including sketch plans, showing variations for the layout of the store, as well as sketches for furnishings and the entrance of the store. Also included are three photographs of the interior of the store.

The project is recorded mostly through drawings, including sketch plans, showing variations for the layout of the store, as well as sketches for furnishings and the entrance of the store.
