This project consisted of a 215 foot office building with 6 floors of basements, including 4 floors of underground parking, 14 office floors, and 2 mechanical floors. The rectangular building had a glass and aluminum curtain wall and was set back from the sidewalk on three sides to allow for landscaped forecourts.
