Organized by the Ordre des architectes du Québec as part of the Mardis Verts series, this lecture focuses on Maison Ozalée, the first certified Passivhaus building in Quebec. The project demonstrates the feasibility of meeting the standard within the Quebec environment. Lucie Langlois from Alias Architecture and Richard Price from Construction Le Tournesol present the details of this major renovation project for a bungalow and the challenges they faced in obtaining this rigorous certification.
