Get Out of Your House!

A day of architecture workshops and play for ages 5 to 12
Young Public, 6 December 2023, 9am to 3:30pm

We invite kids to get out of the house and into the museum for a day of free activities at the CCA: workshops, activities, and an interactive gallery tour will be on the agenda. Kids will have the opportunity to have fun and try new things while learning more about the architecture of a house, the exhibition The Lives of Documents—Photography as Project currently presented at the CCA, and the operations of a museum.

8:30 – 9:00 Drop-off
9:00 – 11:00 Workshop Get It Out of Your House!
11:00 – 12:00 Lunch
12:00 – 14:00 Story time and tour of the exhibition
14:00 – 15:30 Construction games, workshop Making A Great Exhibition
15:30 – 16:00 Pick-up

The activities will take place between 9am and 3:30pm, but it will be possible to bring your kids from 8:30am and pick them up before 4pm. We will take a break to have lunch on-site. Please pack a peanut-free cold lunch.

We can welcome up to 25 participants. To register, please fill out this form.

This event is free. Please register by Tuesday 5 December 4:30pm. We take all registrations as confirmation of attendance. If your plans change, please let us know by 6 December 8am. Participants will be supervised by the CCA Public Team. For any additional information, please contact public@cca.qc.ca.
