A day of photography workshops and play for ages 5 to 12
Young Public, 13 December 2023, 9am to 3:30pm

We invite kids to get out of the house and into the museum for a day of free activities at the CCA: workshops, activities, and an interactive gallery tour will be on the agenda. Kids will have the opportunity to have fun and try new things while learning more about the architecture of a house, the exhibition The Lives of Documents—Photography as Project currently presented at the CCA, and the operations of a museum.

8:30 – 9:00 Drop-off
9:00 – 11:00 Tour of galleries, photography session
11:00 – 12:00 Lunch
12:00 - 13:00 Outdoor play time
13:00 – 14:15 Zine-making workshop
14:15 - 14:30 Snack time
14:30 – 15:30 Construction games
15:30 – 16:00 Pick-up

We will have a moment to have lunch and snacks on site. Please pack a peanut-free cold lunch.

Working space and free Wi-Fi will be available for parents who would like to work at the CCA.

We can welcome up to 20 participants. Programming will be in English and French. To register, please fill out this form.

This event is free. Please register by Tuesday 12 December 4:30pm. We take all registrations as confirmation of attendance. If your plans change, please let us know by 13 December 8am. Participants will be supervised by the CCA Public Team. For any additional information, please contact public@cca.qc.ca.
