Physical characteristics and technical requirements:

- The plan of the existing church, drawn in red and brown ink, adheres over the plan of the pyramid, drawn in red ink wash. The drawing is framed by two pen and brown ink borders. Drawings DR1995:0059, DR1995:0060 and DR1995:0061 are mounted on the same board. All three drawings are framed with pen and brown ink borders. A grey ink [?] wash was applied on the mount from the last border to the outside edges.

Inscription:

inscribed - by the draughtsman, in pen and red ink, l.l. to l.r.: "PLAN DU PANTHÉON FRANÇAIS / Ci devant Eglise de Ste [sic] Genevieve. / Pour lui oter [sic] la forme d'une Croix et augmanter [sic] son espace interieur [sic] propre a [sic] sa nouvelle destination on rempliroit / les 4 Angles rentrants par une construction qui formeroit une Piramide [sic] de 60. [sic] toises de base prise dans sa diagonalle [sic], dans laquelle seroit / pratiqués des Dépots pour y placer l'ephigie [sic] des Gds [sic] Hommes. Independament [sic] que la Piramide [sic] est convenable au genre [de] cet Edifice elle est aussi / le Simbole [sic] de l'Immortalité."; and throughout, with sections' cuts and site lines, in pen and red ink: "A", "B", "C" and "D". inscribed - by an unknown hand, in graphite, l.r.: "de" [inserted within main text].
