One of nine drawings (two elevations, one section, six floor plans) on seven sheets. The sheet containing the ground floor plan and two elevations is in the form of a triptych. The drawings, ink and graphite on paper and tracing paper, all measure approximately 40.0 x 40.0 cm.

inscribed - TERZO E/QUARTO/PIANO (blue ink, upperleft, artist's hand?), (rooms extensively labelled in blue ink, some graphiteunderlabelling), (section line `A-B' inscribed in red ink, lower centre toupper centre. The residual marks of an erased section line are found approximately one inch to the right of the above line) Bar scale inscribed from 0 to 30 metres (blue ink, L.L.)
