One of nine drawings (two elevations, one section, six floor plans) on seven sheets. The sheet containing the ground floor plan and two elevations is in the form of a triptych. The drawings, ink and graphite on paper and tracing paper, all measure approximately 40.0 x 40.0 cm.
inscribed - PRIMO E/SECONDO/PIANO (blue ink, upper left, artist's hand?), (rooms extensively labelled in blue ink, and graphite underlabelling, artist's hand?), (section line `A-B' inscribed in red ink, lower centre to upper centre. The residual mark of an erased section line is found approximately one inch to right of the above line) Bar scale inscribed from 0 to 30 metres (blue ink, L.L.)
