inscribed - on DR1964:0006:013, by the draughtsman, in black ink, u.c.: "The plan of the First floor / containing the Hall and Parlors" and with dimensions and various labels identifying rooms and materials inscribed - on DR1964:0006:018, by the draughtsman, in black ink, u.l.: "AA The 2 pilasters made with Bricks and Stucco'd over / BB Two Stone Pillars of Portland, or freestone / N Bene. The Inside of ye / Portico must be all Stucco, / or ought to be Soe. [sic] / This will take away none of ye Light, (it is much the Same at Moor Parke/and will make Front appear / very beautifull [sic] and convenient. / CC. This Small piece of wall Should Have / been taken down but now it's too' / late (I am affrayd) [sic] to doe [sic] it.; u.r.: "The Architrave freez [sic] and Cornice may / be made of Brick, Timber, and Stucco / and ye Covering may be Lead of Blow Slates / This is ye cheapest thing that can be done.; and b.: "The Portico" numbered and inscribed - on DR1964:0006:019, by the draughtsman, in black ink, u.r.: "N°.4"; and c.l. to c.r.: "The Door into the Hall / with a window on each Side of it / looking into ye fountain-Court. / This can be done with nothing but Stone / and Should be done before the Wainscot / is set up." and with dimensions and labels numbered and inscribed - on DR1964:0006:020, by the draughtsman, in black ink, t.: "The End of the Hall next Brick-Stair"; and u.r.: "N.5"
