Physical characteristics and technical requirements:

- A pair of large iron dividers with flat tenoned joint. A simple lily motif is chiseled the joint and scrollwork decorates the junction of the upper leg and points. The legs are slightly different in length and are both blunt at the tips.

inscribed - by an unknown hand, engraved in the metal, along one leg, c.r. to c.l.: "[illegible] P A P H P PERICOURT" inscribed and dated ? - by an unknown hand, engraved in the metal, along one leg, c.r. to c.l.: "IESUS MARIA IOSEPH", possibly dated [illeg.]
