Watercolour entitled Humanised Prairie

Wolfang Gerson painted Humanised Prarie in 1948 when he was a professor of architecture at the University of Manitoba. Gerson's dpainting depicts a flat landscape under a bright blue sky, populated by numerous abstract geometric, biological, and amorphous forms.
