Biographical notes:
Jean Gagné est né en 1915 à Montréal. Durant de sa vie professionnelle, il a été architecte et dessinateur. Il a en autre travaillé sur le projet Cité-Jardin du Tricentennaire, pour le Service technique de l'Union Économiques d'Habitations (1942 et 1945) et sur le projet de cité-jardin à Hull en avril 1945 (Julien, p. 74).
