Description:

- This print, which bears the publisher's name, Chlaudio Duchetto, and the date 1581, is a second edition of a print first published in 1573 by Antoine Lafreri as part of the 'Speculum Romae Magnificentiae'. The original plate engraved by Etienne Dupérac has here been reworked by Ambrogio Brambilla. Brambilla's monogram can be seen at the lower right of this print, in the obscure mark near the number 35 (Hemphill).
