DVD made from an original film documents the performance by Gordon Matta-Clark and others using his Fresh Air Cart which brought fresh air in tanks to New Yorkers. The performance was presented twice: first on Wall Street in Manhattan on September 8, 1972 and a second time on September 15, 1972 on 42nd Street near Grand Central Station, also in Manhattan.
