"With the exception of one photograph by Lynn Millar, and a few reproductions from books, all photographs were taken by the author and all drawings were done especially for this exhibition. All full-panel enlargements were done by Compo Photocolor Inc., N.Y.C. All other enlargements were done by Axel Grosser Inc., N.Y.C. James Bourke, Ithaca, was responsible for all photomechanical work, and Stephen Porter prepared the aluminum panels" -- Colophon.
