Summary:

William Critchlow Harris was born 4 January 1813 in Maghul, Lancashire, England. His parents were James Harris and Martha Guest. He married Sarah Stretch (1818-1897), daughter of Joseph Stretch and Margaret Holden, in 1843. They had nine children. They immigrated to Prince Edward Island in 1856.
