Parkin Architects Planners (1971-1987) was established by John C. Parkin, born Sheffield, England. B. Arch., University of Manitoba, Winnipeg (1944). M. Arch., Harvard University, Cambridge, Mass. (1947). Co-founder, John B. Parkin associates, partner in charge of design (1947-1971). Senior Partner, Parkin Architects Planners, (1971-1987). Major works include J.C. Parkin House, North York, Ontario (1953); Ontario Association of Architects Headquarters, Toronto (1954); Toronto International Airport (1963-1966); Union Railway Station, Ottawa (1969).
