Westermann, the reproductions were made by Messrs. L. van Lee & co. and the binding by Messrs. J. Brandt & zoon at Amsterdam; the medal on the title page [bearing the name of the society and dated 1924] was engraved by Mr. J.C. Wiencke and the whole was translated from the Dutch and seen through the press by Mr. E.J. Labarre of Amsterdam."--Verso of last leaf
