Biographical note:

Diana Rowntree, architect and journalist; born Diana Buckley, May 14, 1915; died Aug. 22, 2008. Married to painter Kenneth Rowntree. Worked with Jane Drew, Robert Matthew, Johnson-Marshall and Partners (RMJM), and Arup Associates. Architecture correspondent for the Guardian for 14 years.
