Summary:

Coin bank model of the Washington State Capitol (Legislative Building). Designed by architects Walter R. Wilder and Harry K. White as part of the capitol campus plan, the building was constructed 1919-28 on top of the foundations of architect Ernest Flagg's unrealized 1893 design.
