Summary:

Matthieu Cossé’s and Alexandre Désirée’s works show obvious formal differences, after understanding more fully each creative process, it appeared to us clearly that they share a similar interest toward the issues of the physical dimension of the work of art, the question of the relation to the space and a strong but nevertheless irreverent conscience of their links with art history. We intend to stress more particularly those issues in our conception of the exhibition.
