Summary:

The way to begin is on a tiny road with no traffic, no nothing, perhaps only a flicker of light at the end of the road. This is the summary of Saraba for this second issue, and one is tempted to end it there. We received fewer entries than the first, and we could not get a Guest Editor. Our box was almost as empty as we left it. That is why there is a very high tendency for us to get despondent, end this all, easily, pocket our losses, and who can say anything? But Saraba deserves more than that. In this issue, Saraba is ossifying. We are happily trying a blend of black and white and colour, to give both the literary and the digital feel. Also, our classification of works has changed. This is digital, very fluid and decidedly easily maneuvered. Our choice of city life as theme does not exactly deserve the little justification we have done. But this is only a repository, a chance to begin a reconsideration of whether the city writes our stories or we write its. Anyway, “City Life” is an inexhaustible theme. So we are not totally to be nailed. Thanks to all who cured our almost despondence with enthusiasm and submissions. In the end, it is the expectation of a major flicker at the end of the road that published this. Nothing more, nothing less.
