This bilingual English-German artist’s book accompanies Park McArthur’s joint museum show at Museum Abteiberg, Mönchengladbach, Germany, and mumok, Vienna. It contains works and texts by Park McArthur, Geelia Ronkina, numerous color illustrations and a comprehensive list of works and literature. In addition to both museum presentations, the audio guide and the Internet, the art book represents the fifth room that expands and completes McArthur’s exhibition. It includes works that are not on display in Mönchengladbach and Vienna and provides a comprehensive overview of McArthur’s oeuvre since the early 2010s. Her photographic work is shown in this section of the book. Installation views of the exhibition at the both museums, commissioned by the artist, illustrate the spatial characteristics and forms of presentation on site.
