The text type is eleven point Stempel Garamond with captions ten point Stempel Garamond, typeset by Harlowe Typography, Inc., Brentwood, Maryland. Heads and initial capitals imageset by Unicorn Graphics, Washington, D.C. Picture separation and film preparation were provided by York Graphic Services, Inc., of York, Pennsylvania, using primarily the DuPont Highlight(TM) Monochrome Image Editing System. The book was printed in Willard, Ohio, by the R.R. Donnelley & Sons Company on Warrenflo Web Gloss with Ecological Fibers Rainbow Antique endsheets, bound in Holliston Payko with jacket printing by Lehigh Press Lithographers, Pennsauken, New Jersey."--Colophon.
