Leaf [1] has title printed in red.
Leaves [2-3] have the arms of Rotterdam, of the burgomasters Iohan van Heel, Marinus Groeninx, Iohan Steenlack, and Isaac Vethuysen, and of pensionaris Isaac van Hoornbeeck and secretaris Harman Vanzuylen.
Leaves [4-5] comprise a keyed map depicting a bird's-eye view of Rotterdam. Title on leaf [5] reads: Rotterdam met al syn gebouwen net op haer maet geteekent en gesneden ... ao. 1694 door Joannes de Vou. Bottom of leaf [5] signed: Romanus De Hooghe JUD et Com. R. auctor 1694.
